How to order from us - Placing an order on BoomZ  is easy. Just add items to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and place your order. 

Cancelling an Order - Because we’re trying to get items to you as fast as possible, there’s a limited window to cancel your order. To see if you can cancel, find your order. 

On the order details page, look for a Cancel Order button.

Returning a product - If you interested in returning your product we can offer a pickup services to keep you away from that pain.

Finding your order number - You can find an order number online in 2 places:

• In the subject line of your order confirmation email

Checking Your Order Status - 

1. Simply look up your order, using your order number and email address
2. Once you’re on the Order Details page, look for the order status.
